The Huck Royal is a vibrant, effervescent cocktail that combines the wild, tangy sweetness of huckleberries with the crisp elegance of sparkling wine, resulting in a beautifully balanced drink that’s both celebratory and refreshingly bold.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce huckleberry syrup
- 4 ounces sparkling wine
- Frozen Huckleberries
Huckleberry Syrup
- 1 cup huckleberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup warm water
Directions
- Make the huckleberry syrup by combining the ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat.
- After 5-8 minutes when the huckleberries thaw and the sugar dissolves, turn the heat up to medium and bring to a gentle boil. Stir often as it thickens for about another 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add sparkling wine to a flute glass.
- Add the huckleberry syrup and top with extra berries for garnish.
- Enjoy!
