If you love mushrooms, getting the farm kit is next level quality. You can't any fresher mushrooms then from an immediate cut from your own personal farm. Hi , We were very excited to get this as a Father's day gift. The instructions, packaging, were all nice. The shitake also grew well even in the spring/summer heat; however, we may have waited too long and the mushroooms turned out sour. I would buy again but it's a bit pricey for a first round to be inedible. I purchased oyster blocks from the company a few decades ago and those grew wonderfully (but under someone else's care as they were also a gift).
This was a gift for my dad who loves foraging mushrooms. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. A really nice experience overall. We’ll definitely be back for more!
