These Cordyceps mushrooms are from a farm that grows them on grains of barley (no bugs involved!). They have a toasty, coconut-like flavor.
Far West Fungi creates this line of mushroom powders by air-drying fresh mushrooms in our own commercial kitchen and then grinding them into a fine powder.
