Mushroom Bacon Bits

A Far West Fungi Original.

We make our Mushroom Bacon Bits with dried organic tree oyster mushrooms. Made in small batches by hand in the Far West Fungi kitchen, from organic mushrooms grown on our family farm. It has a great meaty texture and just enough peppery spice. With so much flavor, it’s hard to believe it’s so healthy! Great for salad toppings or simply to snack on.
