Also know as Cinnamon Caps are considered a delicacy in Japan, and are know for their crunchy stem and crisp nutty flavor. They grow in tight clusters, with strikingly golden orange caps, often with flakes of white on top. They maintain their firm texture even when cooked, and are a bit smaller to Nameko mushrooms in both appearance and flavor, though they do not have the trademark "viscosity" that Namekos process. 

This Cinnamon Cap mushroom grow kit Mini-Farm requires light misting to produce three to four crops over a two month period. Expect one to two pounds of organic mushrooms from your grow kit with proper care.
