A Far West Fungi original, this savory, smoky jerky is addictively snackable. We make our jerky by hand in the Far West Fungi kitchen, from organic shiitake mushrooms grown on our family farm. It has a great meaty texture and just enough peppery spice. With so much flavor, it’s hard to believe it’s so healthy. And it’s more than just a delicious snack -- chop it finely and use it as a substitute for bacon bits in cobb salads or baked potatoes.
