A classic Tuscan tradition, this white truffle paté is made from fresh white truffles, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. La Rustichella White Truffle Paté is used as a spread over slices of crusty Italian bread, in all truffle sauce recipes, in risotto, or over pasta. Great on grilled cheese sandwiches, dolloped on a pizza fresh from the oven, or stuffed under the skin of a roasting bird. Mix with ricotta and herbs for a decadent ravioli filling or pair with warm soft cheese and honey.
