White Polenta with Truffles
Made with 100% Italian, non-GMO white corn, elegantly paired with Italian black truffle and porcini. Product of Italy.
Ingredients: white instant polenta, vegetable broth, onion, porcini mushrooms, iodized salt, truffle .5%, truffle aroma, chives, black pepper
Heat 1L water in a large pot, bring the water to a boil, then toss the polenta in and stir. Stir the polenta for about 10 minutes, avoiding lumps. Dollop the polenta onto a serving plate, season to taste with olive oil or butter, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
