Turkey Tail is a polypore mushroom, commonly found wild throughout the world. It has a long history of use in folk medicine traditions, where it is commonly brewed into a tea.

Our turkey tail mushrooms are cultivated on our farm and carefully dried in-house by Far West Fungi to ensure peak quality and freshness.

Far West Fungi creates its line of mushroom powders by air-drying fresh mushrooms in-house and then grinding them into a fine powder. The result is a powerful mushroom seasoning, free from sodium, preservatives, or any other additive. It’s simple and pure: mushroom essence and nothing else.
