Reishi has long been used for its many medicinal properties, including improving digestion and sleep quality. Mixed with the stress-busting powers of butterfly pea flower and tulsi, calming lemon balm, and relaxing chamomile, Sweet Dreams Reishi is a delicious way to end your day. A small splash of lemon juice will turn this beautiful blue tea to a magical purple.

Ingredients: Reishi, Butterfly pea flower, German Chamomile Flower, Tulsi, Lemon Balm

Brewing Instructions: Bring water to a boil. 1-2tbsp per 8oz of water. 5-10 mins (steep longer for a stronger flavor)
