Top quality Shiitakes have been the focus of our farm for many years. We pride ourselves on producing some of the best organic shiitakes on the West Coast. Shiitake is one of the most potent natural sources of umami flavor, and it has been used for millennia to add depth of flavor in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. It is a staple component in dashi, and ramen just isn’t the same without it. 

Pick up locations include the San Francisco Ferry Building or Santa Cruz retail store, and any of our weekly farmer's markets throughout the Bay Area. 

Due to the perishable nature of this product, cancellations must be placed 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup date. All no-call-no-show orders will be donated to the community at the end of the business day.
