This specially blended seasoning is created by our friends at All-Star Organics in Marin and Sonoma County, using our very own shiitake powder, and a custom mixture of herb and vegetable powders, including celery and garlic scape. This potent umami blast is excellently whisked with eggs, rubbed on fish or poultry, dusted over mashed potatoes, or hot buttered popcorn. Hand-made, hand-packed, certified organic, and certified Kosher.
