Good stuff... if it were not labeled... you'd think you were eating garlic/peppered beef or venison jerky. Right tasty and good texture.

A Far West Fungi original, this savory jerky is addictively snackable. We make our jerky in small batches by hand in the Far West Fungi kitchen, from organic mushrooms grown on our family farm. It has a great meaty texture and just enough peppery spice. With so much flavor, it’s hard to believe it’s so healthy.

The Lion's mane jerky is my favorite. (I like it even better than the shiitake jerky or the spicy tree oyster jerky.) I can't explain why... seems a bit less salty than the shiitake, and less spicy than the spicy tree oyster. Or maybe it's the flavor of the black garlic. It seemed subtly savory/sweet. The chunks stick together, and are a bit easier to chew than the shiitake, due to its shape. The little 2 ounce bag was empty before I could think about it too much.

Got rave reviews from vegans and meat jerky fans as well. Savory, lightly spicy, unami earthy that you keep coming back for more.. 👏 bravo

I appreciate that Lions Mane jerky exists. The taste was good. The texture was too hard to my liking.

Very umami delicious nutritionally valuable substitute for beef jerky. Well done!

I was not prepared for how well I loved the flavor, texture, high spice level of this product. It is better than some beef jerky. If you gave it a vegan friend, they would get mad at you because they would think that it was beef.
