Cultivated in Moss Landing, CA.

Sometimes called King Oysters, King Trumpets are in the Tree Oyster family. They are dense, meaty, and buttery sweet. Great for stews and gravy, King Trumpets can take the place of Porcini or Crimini. They are great on the grill, or shredded like pork for a faux "sloppy joe."

Pick-up locations include the San Francisco Ferry Building or Santa Cruz retail store, and any of our weekly farmer's markets throughout the Bay Area. 

Due to the perishable nature of this product, cancellations must be placed 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup date. All no-call-no-show orders will be donated to the community at the end of the business day.
