White Truffle Oil by Far West Fungi
Our white truffle oil is made with extra virgin oil and is double infused with Italian white truffles. This process utilizes both the fresh truffles and their natural gases, which produce a strong consistent product. More delicate than the earthy black truffle oil, it has grassier, butterier notes, and pairs well with seafood, risotto, and pasta. Drizzle over warm brie, or top cream based soups. Lasts one year after opening.
