Cordyceps militaris

Product of China

These Cordyceps mushrooms are from a farm that grows them on grains of barley (no bugs involved!). They have a toasty, coconut-like flavor, and a fantastic chewy, noodle-like texture. They are excellent in stir fry, hot pot, and ramen.

Far West Fungi creates this line of dried mushrooms by air-drying a select portion of its fresh organic and wild foraged mushrooms. All drying is done in-house at our own commercial kitchen, where great care is taken to preserve the natural essence of the mushroom.  The result is a powerful, concentrated mushroom product, free from sodium, preservatives, or any other additive. It’s simple and pure: mushroom essence and nothing else.

Dried mushrooms can be reconstituted in any kind of warm liquid (wine, broth, cream, etc.) for 15 - 20 minutes, and then used in any application in which fresh mushrooms are called for. Try them as a base for soups and sauces, combine with eggs in a scramble or omelet, cook into a risotto, or toss with pasta.

Customer photo review of Dried Cordyceps

I make a morning tea in batch and keep it in the refrigerator of rishe and cordycep after reading 5 years ago about Cordyceps helping metastatic prostate cancer (which i have technically) and I have been following you guys and visiting you in person ever since. My last CAT/MRI last month couldn't find anything in my system at UCSF and my PSA was "0.3"

👍🏻 wish it was grown in the USA like the other mushrooms I bought... but... sometimes got to take what you can get.

Dried Cordyceps

Great in soups. Me and my wife love the taste of!

Dried Cordyceps

Delicious. Soak them first for 10 minutes to soften and expand. Then I use the dried corydceps with my scrambled eggs in the morning, and add to them to recipes as a noodle substitute.

Dried Cordyceps

By far the most superior mushroom online store. Fastest shipping of ANY fungi website HIGHLY recommended
