Black Truffle Pate

Imported from Italy by La Rustichella, this rich pate is made from a blend of mushrooms, Italian black truffles, and olive oil. Use as a spread or incorporate into sauces, braises, and other recipes calling for black truffle. Great on grilled cheese sandwiches, dolloped on a pizza fresh from the oven, or stuffed under the skin of a roasting bird. Mix with ricotta and herbs for a decadent ravioli filling, or simply slather on toasted points of bread.
Ingredients: Champignons (Agaricus bisporus), porcini (Boletus edulis and a relative group), sunflower oil, black truffle 10% (Tuber aestevum vitt.), salt, pepper, sugar, natural flavor.
