Ingredients
2 ounces gin
2 ounces lemonade
2 ounces spruce syrup
Lemon wedge
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup spruce tips
½ tablespoon lemon juice
Spruce Syrup
Directions
To make the spruce syrup, combine the sugar and water in a sauce pan over medium heat until the sugar is melted and fully dissolved into the water. Place the spruce tips in a heat safe container and pour the hot sugar syrup over it. Cover and let sit for as long as possible to infuse the flavor. Strain out the spruce tips and add the lemon juice.
Combine gin, spruce syrup, and lemonade in a rocks glass. Stir to combine and add ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
