1 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes angostura bitters
1 teaspoon water
2 ounces porcini infused bourbon
- Luxado cherry
- Orange twist

Directions
Add dried porcini to a bottle of bourbon. Let sit to infuse for a week, or at least overnight.
In a rocks glass, add the sugar, bitters, water, and bourbon. Stir to combine. Add an ice cube and garnish with cherry and orange peel.
