Sea salt from the Pacific Ocean is infused with our shio koji, resulting in a caramalized umami salt. This is a fermented salt, rich in amino acids, packed with flavor and a hint of natural sweetness.
Ingredients: Sea salt infused with shio koji (water, organic kokuho rose rice, sea salt, koji culture).
